What you will do

• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

• Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports.
• Manage risks by identifying potential issues and developing mitigation strategies.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with quality standards.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between team members and departments.
• Oversee project documentation, including contracts, proposals, and deliverables.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a tech or software development environment.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Proficiency with project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of software development processes is a plus.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certifications are highly desirable.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
